Our transport to and from the airport was great. The staff was waiting for us as expected even though our flight was delayed. They were warm and friendly and got us safely to our destination and back to the airport in a timely manner. They were very easy to work with and the coach was very clean and comfortable.

Marketed as ATV trip through jungle and snorkeling on remote beaches. Reality was a 30-45 minute ATV ride on dirt roads through town, no jungle riding, and went to 2 public beaches that we could have driven our car to. 
Terrible experience. I have asked for refund and was told “management would review the request.”

Tour operators were timely, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Great experience!

Azul is the best. Simply incredibly efficient, responsive and caring.

The catamaran tour description was misleading. It was a party cruise, not a relaxing cruise for a small group of people. The catamaran was closed, few people could actually enjoy the sunshine, and there was no opportunity to "stroll along the deserted white sand beach" because we anchored far away from the beach.  Very disappointed. 

The ATV and ziplining tour was great! 

A great trip beautiful location accommodations were wonderful. The only downside to the resort was it was very far away from any activities.  The conference itself met all of my expectations, and the guest speakers were excellent.

The turtle tour was awesome! We got to see a mother Pacific greenback returning to the ocean and some babies make their first trip to the ocean. It was more physical than the description suggested(said good for all activity levels), about a mile of hiking and some potentially challenging terrain for elder individuals. HUGE shout out to Jodi for helping my 77-year old mother with the hiking! She wouldn't have made it otherwise! 

It was a trying week with torrential rains and airport closure, but Tam did a great job of adapting to the circumstances and getting us where we had to be.
