Our transport to and from the airport was great. The staff was waiting for us as expected even though our flight was delayed. They were warm and friendly and got us safely to our destination and back to the airport in a timely manner. They were very easy to work with and the coach was very clean and comfortable.

Marketed as ATV trip through jungle and snorkeling on remote beaches. Reality was a 30-45 minute ATV ride on dirt roads through town, no jungle riding, and went to 2 public beaches that we could have driven our car to. 
Terrible experience. I have asked for refund and was told “management would review the request.”
