* Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the service are subject to a penalty of 100% of the total cost, to cover any expenses incurred. No refund for cancellations.

* No-shows will be penalized with 100% of the total cost forfeited.

* Cancellations made between 25 hours and 72 hours ahead of the schedule service will result in a 50% penalty of the total cost. 

* If any trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be provided.
