1. Immigration
Upon arrival, proceed to Immigration with your passport ready for inspection.
2. Passport Control
Please use the designated line for Visitors & Tourists. Once the immigration process is completed, your passport will be returned to you.
3. Baggage Claim
Proceed to the baggage claim area and collect your luggage. Complimentary luggage carts are available inside the terminal for your convenience.
4. Customs Screening
After collecting your luggage, proceed through Customs. All checked luggage and carry-on items must pass through the required X-ray screening.
5. Exit the Terminal
Once you have cleared Customs, continue through the glass doors toward the airport exit. Airport personnel will assist in directing arriving passengers to the appropriate exit area.
6. Meet Your TAM Travel Representative
Outside the terminal, look for our TAM Travel representative, easily identifiable by a sign displaying the CME Science logo. Our team will be ready to welcome you and assist with your arrival.
7. Transfer to Your Hotel
Our representative will escort you to your pre-arranged exclusive transportation, where you can relax and enjoy a comfortable, non-stop transfer to your hotel.

Changes to your booking (such as date modifications or switching to another available tour) are allowed up to 72 hours before activity start, subject to availability.

Peak Season (December 15 – January 7)
All confirmed reservations are non-refundable. Any cancellation, modification, or no-show will incur a 100% charge of the total service cost, with no refunds under any circumstances, regardless of the reason, including personal situations, travel disruptions, flight delays, or operational changes.
Regular Season — General Cancellation & No Show Policy
More than 8 days before the tour: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Between 7 and 3 days before the tour: 50% refund.
Less than 72 hours before the tour or no-shows: No refund will be issued.
In cases where services must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather conditions or restrictions imposed by authorities), any refund that applies will be subject exclusively to the criteria of the service provider and the corresponding banking fees and credit card processing charges
