CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICIES

  • Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of the service are subject to a 100% penalty of the total cost to cover incurred expenses. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

  • No shows will be penalized with a 100% charge of the total cost of the service.

  • Cancellations made between 25 and 72 hours prior to the scheduled service will incur a 50% penalty of the total cost.

  • If any transfer is canceled for reasons beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.
