All confirmed reservations are non-refundable. Any cancellation, modification, or no-show will incur a 100% charge of the total service cost, with no refunds under any circumstances, regardless of the reason, including personal situations, travel disruptions, flight delays, or operational changes.

In cases where services must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (including severe weather conditions or restrictions imposed by authorities), any refund that applies will be subject exclusively to the criteria of the service provider and the corresponding banking fees and credit card processing charges
