• Less than 24 hours before service: 100% of the total cost is charged; no refund will be issued.

• No-shows: Full cost is forfeited.

• 25 to 72 hours before service: A 50% penalty applies.

Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:

• Illness or inability to travel: Full reimbursement with proof of the situation.

• Circumstances outside the control of TAM or the client: 100% refund (e.g., road closures, natural emergencies, supplier closures).
