• Less than 24 hours before service: 100% of the total cost is charged as a penalty, with no refund for cancellations.

• No-shows: Full cost is forfeited.

• 25 to 72 hours before service: A 50% penalty applies.

  Full reimbursement, when situations of illness or inability to travel occur, upon presentation of proof of such situation.
